HSBC, Credit Suisse Sacrifice Staff To Placate US, Lawyers Say

Swiss banks are turning over thousands of employee names to US authorities as they seek leniency for their alleged role in helping American clients evade taxes, according to lawyers representing banking staff. At least five banks supplied e-mails and telephone records containing as many as 10,000 names to the US Department of Justice, according to estimates by Douglas Hornung, a Geneva-based lawyer representing 40 current and former employees of HSBC Holdings Plc (HSBA) ' s Swiss unit, Credit Suisse Group AG (CSGN) and Julius Baer Group Ltd. (BAER) The data handover is illegal, said Alec Reymond, a former president of the Geneva Bar Association, who is representing two Credit Suisse staff. "The banks are burning their own people to try and cut deals with the DoJ," said Hornung. "This violation of personal privacy is unprecedented in the Swiss banking industry." Swiss banks want to settle a US tax-evasion probe after the DoJ indicted Wegelin & Co. on Feb. 2 for allegedly helping customers hide money from the Internal Revenue Service. Credit Suisse, HSBC and Julius Baer, ​​which have said they expect to pay fines to resolve the tax matter, are handing over data to mollify the US, according to Hornung. All broken up: new coalitions form as old electoral alliances die out

Although new parliamentary elections have not been scheduled yet, political parties are scrambling to form electoral alliances in a bid to get the most seats possible and increase their share from the last parliament.

The Muslim Brotherhood's Freedom and Justice Party will not be running under its Democratic Alliance for Egypt that included liberal and leftist parties and contested the 2011 elections.

The Alliance is all but gone due to the new political realities in Egypt. It was composed of the FJP which dominated its lists, alongside the Nasserist Karama Party, led by former presidential candidate Hamdeen Sabahi, the liberal Ghad Al-Thawra lead by former presidential candidate Ayman Nour, as well as the moderate Islamist Civilisation Party.

Sabahi and Nour both ran in presidential elections against the Brotherhood's candidate and Sabahi is now seen as a leader of the "third current" that opposes both the former regime and the Brotherhood. Their parties are unlikely to ally with the Brotherhood again.

The Civilisation Party will also not ally with the Brotherhood, preferring to join a more moderate Islamist coalition led by the Wasat Party and former presidential candidate Abdel-Moniem Aboul-Fotouh.

The FJP will instead focus on allying with more Islamist parties, although it will also talk to parties from outside that current.

FJP media officer Ahmed Rabie told the Daily News Egypt that talk of electoral aliances was too early and has not been discussed within the party yet. He did, however, say that the presidential elections revealed a new political compass that would shape any alliances in the future.

The Salafist Nour Party has refuted rumours that it would not join an alliance led by the FJP.

The party is disappointed with the FJP for not keeping many of its promises, specifically the amount of cabinet seats offered to the Nour Party, even though the party backed President Mohamed Morsy, the FJP nominee, in the second round of the presidential race, but party spokesperson Yousry Hammad told the Daily News Egypt that would not stop the party from allying with the FJP.

"We have our opinion regarding the formation of the cabinet which we have made public, but that does not mean we cannot cooperate with the FJP on other matters," he said.

"The party has a certain ideology and as such is not opposed to forming electoral alliances with others as long as they share that ideology," he added.

According to Hammad, the issue of electoral alliances of parliamentary elections in general had not been discussed within the party's high board yet as it was too early.

The party, which led a coalition of conservative Islamist parties in the last election, is in fact more likely to contest the upcoming vote on its own according to statements made by party leader Younes Mekhion to the state-owned Akhbar Al-Youm newspaper on Saturday .

Hammad refused to rule out the idea of ​​electoral alliances, however.

In opposition to the Muslim Brotherhood and Salafist parties last year was the Egyptian Bloc, a coalition of liberal and leftist parties that formed the largest opposition front inside parliament despite not having a large number of seats.

It was formed of the liberal Free Egyptian Party, which is concerned with economic liberalism; the Egyptian Social Democratic Party, which adopts a socially liberal, economically leftist, ideology; and the left wing National Progressive Unionist Party (Taggamu) Party.

The ESDP has since left the bloc, citing that it found the other members to be more concerned with the secularist-Islamist divide and less with the former regime-revolution one which led it to support former regime officials over Islamists.

There are however parties and groups that are not divided alongside secular-Islamist lines, preferring to bridge the gap between both directions.

The "Moderate Current Coalition" is composed of the moderate Islamist Wasat Party, former moderate Islamist presidential candidate Abdel-Moniem, Aboul-Fotouh's new Strong Egypt Party, the Egyptian Current Party which was formed by dissatisfied revolutionary youth who left the Muslim Brotherhood, the moderate Islamist Civilisation Party, the centrist Justice Party as well as the April 6 Youth and Masrina movements.

The coalition is not just an electoral alliance, however, but rather is a political one according to Wasat spokesperson Amr Farouk.

"We have formed a political alliance because electoral alliances usually don't last as we have seen. The Nasserist Karama Party and the Muslim Brotherhood allied for example even though they have opposing ideologies, "Farouk told the Daily News Egypt.

He added that the Moderate Current Coalition was built on the basis of a political vision and not elections, and that it aimed to break the polarisation currently present on the political scene with the Muslim Brotherhood and more radical Islamists on one side and liberals and leftists on the other.

"Both choices do not represent the Egyptian people who are moderate, but in the previous elections all the moderate parties with the exception of Wasat were unknown which is why the results were so polarised," he said.

The coalition aims to build political research centres and start awareness campaigns and development projects, not just contest elections, according to Farouk.

Members of the parties making up the coalition met on Saturday to draft a document stating the goals of the coalition, to be presented to all the parties on Monday.

But with the April 6 movement and the Egyptian Current Party both joining the coalition, there seems to be no alliances built on a revolutionary platform.

In the last elections revolutionary youth were represented by an unlikely alliance of Islamist, liberal and leftist parties and groups. The alliance, "The Revolution Continues" was able to maintain its unity but failed to garner more than two percent of the vote.

It was composed of the Coalition of Revolutionary Youth, which has since been disbanded, the Egyptian Current Party which has now joined the moderate coalition, the liberal Egypt Freedom Party led by former MP Amr Hamzawy, as well as the Socialist Popular Alliance Party and the Egyptian Socialist Party. The SPAP and the ESP have decided to merge into one socialist party.

These developments mean that most of the participants in the "Revolution Continues" alliance have either moved on to other coalitions or ceased to exist altogether, meaning the alliance is over.

Hope is not lost for revolutionary parties, however. The newly formed Dostour (constitution) Party led by Nobel laureate Mohamed El-Baradei says it aims to be a catch-all "big tent" party that serves to gather revolutionary youth from across the political spectrum. The party membership includes many prominent liberal, leftists and even Salafist figures.

The Egyptian Social Democratic Party is even now looking to join Dostour, either in a coalition or a full merger.

White 18-carat gold containing 17.3% nickel, 5.5% zinc and 2.2% copper is silvery in appearance. Nickel is toxic, however, and its release from nickel white gold is controlled by legislation in Europe. [31] Alternative white gold alloys are available based on palladium, silver and other white metals, [31] but the palladium alloys are more expensive than those using nickel. High-carat white gold alloys are far more resistant to corrosion than are either pure silver or sterling silver. The Japanese craft of Mokume-gane exploits the color contrasts between laminated colored gold alloys to produce decorative wood-grain effects.

وقالت مي عز الدين ضاحكة أنها تعاني من تصرفات خاصة بها فهي لاترتدي المايوه أبدا وقالت اشعر كثيرا أن المشكلة عندي وليست عند أي أحد.

وينصح الدكتور أمجد العجرودى بضرورة أن يراعى الرجل رأى المرأة حتى وإن كان يهاودها أو لن يأخذ به كما عليه ألا ينتقدها تماما أمام الناس أو يقلل من احترامها أو أفكارها مهما كانت صغيرة وغير متوقعه أو تافهة

وأشار أطباء مركز غريتر بالتيمور الطبي إلى أن الوضع يزداد سوءا عند إرتداء أحذية عالية الكعب ويقترح الأطباء من أجل التخفيف من الألم إرتداء سراويل الجينز المطاطة.

Gold

Gold is a dense, soft, shiny, malleable and ductile metal. It is a chemical element with the symbol Au and atomic number 79.
Pure gold has a bright yellow color and luster traditionally considered attractive, which it maintains without oxidizing in air or water. Chemically, gold is a transition metal and a group 11 element. It is one of the least reactive chemical elements solid under standard conditions. The metal therefore occurs often in free elemental (native) form, as nuggets or grains in rocks, in veins and in alluvial deposits. Less commonly, it occurs in minerals as gold compounds, usually with tellurium.
Gold resists attacks by individual acids, but it can be dissolved by the aqua regia (nitro-hydrochloric acid), so named because it dissolves gold. The value of unpaid child care

Parents and mothers especially spend a significant amount of time raising their children. These mothers nurture and develop their children into being functional members of society-hard work that is not motivated by monetary gain. For centuries it has been assumed that women will stay home and take care of the children while their husbands go out and work. In most cases, the husbands get all the credit for providing for the family. However, their homemaker wives deserve just as much credit for their care work. Caregivers do not receive monetary compensation and they must pay a 'care-penalty. [10]'
A care-penalty is the price one pays for doing care work for a family member. Care giving demands a lot out of an individual, and as a result there is a high opportunity cost. The opportunity cost can relate to both time and money. Instead of taking care of a family member, a caregiver could spend time working or performing more leisure activities. Care penalties are not strictly related to childcare-they can also refer to taking care of a sick family member, babysitting a younger sibling, or taking an elderly family member to his / her doctor's appointments.
Studies have been done to get an annual salary estimate for a female caregiver. One reputable survey suggested that the value of a female caregiver's work would be $ 117,867 per year. [11] The reason for the high salary is because mothers typically perform about 10 different job functions throughout the week. These job functions can include: cooking, cleaning, driving, and laundry among other duties. A nanny wouldn't make nearly as much money, but they would be putting in fewer hours and performing fewer duties.
It is important to assess the value of caregivers because they are what truly make society function, [12] and oftentimes their work is under-appreciated. They prepare the next generation for school, work, and decision-making. A child's entire future largely depends on how he / she was nurtured. Not only does the child depend on this care, but the schools and employers also depend on the childcare. The government also benefits because these children will eventually become taxpayers, congressmen, and voters. Eventually, they will be the ones running the country. The value of unpaid childcare is also an important figure in various legal entities. Expert witnesses (most often economists) are occasionally brought into court cases to give estimates on the value of unpaid labor. By giving estimation, the plaintiff or defendant can be fairly compensated for their labor.

بعد شيل الشعر لان المسامات بتكون مفتوحه

2. غسل اليدين قبل الشيل بالصابون برضوا لقتل الجراثيم

3. ابد لاترجعين الحلاوه المستخدمه للعلبه

4. عند الشيل تستخدمين قطع صغيره من الحلاوه "زي قطع اللبان"
وتحطيها باتجاه نمو الشعر وتشيلي عكس اتجاه الشعر

. اذا خلصتي تكونين مجهزه ليمون تحطيه على المنطقه للبياض
وتاخرين نمو الشعر وهذا مجرب
وفي ناس تحط ليمون مع زبادي وماء حتى يخف الم اليمون


6. احذري تغسلين المنطقه بالماء مباشره لانه يسبب اسوداد ..
علشان كذا اقولك استخدمي الليمون او خلطه الزبادي

لازم على العروس وحتى الفتاه ان تبتعد تماما عن الصابون لهالمنطقه
لانه السبب الاول للريحه والاتهابات لانه يقتل البكتيريا المفيده


للتنظيف استخدمي عوضا عنه الغسول النسائي الطبي "غسل أنوثة"
احرصي على ان يكون مكتوب عليه خالي من الكحول وخالي من الصابون

1. الاتهابات
ممكن العروسه تعاني من التهاب قبل الزواج
وهي لاتعلم وبعد المعاشره الزوجيه
ظهرت هذي الرائحه الكريهة الي تضايق العريس قبل لاتضايقك
ولاننسى ان الرائحه اول شيء ياثر على الجهاز العصبي للرجل
سواء ريحه حلوه ولا شينه
وتاكدي ان الريحه الشينه تعلق براسه اكثر من الحلوه
وصعب تروح من باله وبيشمها فيك مهما بعد كذا تنظفتي وحطيتي عطور

وهنا يجي دور الكشف قبل الزواج عن اي التهابات والعلاج جدا سهل
لا يتعدى مضاد حيوي عن طريق الفم لعده ايام

وقد يكون الاتهاب صار بعد الزواج
ولهذا انصح كل عروس لما تجهز شنطتها لشهر العسل
تحط معاها ملح خشن بعلبه حلوه .. وتستخدمه كغسول
او تتنقع فيه لمده عشر دقايق
باذن الله يقضى على التهاب او على الاقل الريحه
لحد ماترجعين بالسلامه وتراجعين الدكتوره



وطريقة الملح: تاخذين ملح بقبضه يدك
وتذوبينه ب 3 كاسات ماء دافيه وتجلسي فيه
بالمانيو بحيث يغطي ماتحت السره .. ممكن بعض الاوتيلات
مايتواجد فيها بانيو مجرد شاور استخدميه كغسول

واعلمي ان الاتهابات جدا خطيره وقد تسبب التصاقات
وبالتالي عقم الله يبعده عن كل المسلمين

اشربي كثير ماء بهالفتره واذا شعرتي بعد المعاشره بانك بحاجه للحمام
لاتتصبرين على طول روحي الحمام ولا تستحين

ولازم تنتبهين ان المنطقه تكون ناشفه كويس ..
استخدمي المناديل الورقيه لهذا الغرض
واذا تعانين من افرازات استخدمي الفوط الصحيه اليوميه
بشرط تغيرها 3 مرات على الاقل باليوم

ملابسك الداخليه لازم تكون مصنوعه من القطن
وغير ضيقه علشان تتهوى المنطقه
وانتبهي من ملابس الضيقه والنايلون او اي شي غير القطن لانه يسبب رطوبه
وبالتالي مكان مثالي لتكاثر بالكتيريا والجراثيم
وبالنسبه للكوليت الي يجي مع قميص النوم ممكن تلبسينه بس لاتطولين فيه
خصوصا فتره شهر العسل لان المنطقه بهالوقت جدا حساسه

خذي مقدار قبضه يدك وخليه يغلي مع كاسين ماء
واذا صار دافي حطيه بطشت يكون كبير شويه
"بحيث تجلسين فيه يغطي ماتحت السره والرجلين تكون برا"
واضيفي له بياله ماءورد ملعقه عسل طبيعي وملعقتين ملح خشن
واجلسي فيه لمده ربع ساعه او حتى يصير بارد
وشوفي الريحه .. وعلى فكره الورد الجوري يحمي من الاتهابات

اول ايام الزواج او مرتين بالشهر مثلا ..
حطي قطره دهن عود بيدك وادهني فيها المنطقه بس من بره يعطي ريحه حلوه

لاتنسين المسك وهذا حثنا عليه الرسول عليه الصلاه والسلام

وعند احساسك بان هناك التهاب استخدمي احد الطرق التاليه

منقوع البابونج المغلي .. قبضه يد بابونج يغلى مع 3 كاسات ماء

ويجلسين فيه بعد مايكون دافىء لحد مايبرد

وايضاء مغلي حبه البركه .. فنجان حبه البركه مع 3 كاسات مويه نفس طريقه البابونج

الجلوس في كاسين ماء دافى مضاف لها علبه زبادي زائد الحموضه "منتهي تاريخ الصلاحيه"

شرب الشاي الاخضر وعصير التوت الاحمر واكل الزبادي يحمي من الاتهابات

واستخدمي غسول الملح مع بودره المره والماء الدافيه مرتين بالاسبوع ..

مزيلات رائحه العرق

فيه ثلاث انواع

صناعي الي بالسوبرماركات وبكل مكان
مميزاته .. اكثره يستمر مفعوله ل 24 ساعه وريحته حلوه
سيئاته .. اسوداد
ممكن تستخدميه بشهر العسل مثلا بس بتحتاجين فتره بعده لعلاج الاسوداد
بس انتبهي لما تشرين مزيل العرق
اقريء اذا كان مكتوب عليه مضاد للتعرق. اي مضاد للتعرق
لاتشترينه لانه يسبب السرطان لانه يمنع خروج العرق من الجسم

اقرئي كويس وتاكدي انه مو مضاد للتعرق للمعلوميه بهض الاحيان تلقينه مكتوب بالعربي

النوع الثاني بولهي
يبيض المنطقه بس يزيد التعرق بصوره كبيره جدا
وريحته غير مقبوله ابد
ومافي احد يدري من ايش مكوناته وكثير اطباء حذرو منه

وفيه الطبيعي الشبه وممكن انك تطحنيها وتضيفي الها بودرة جونسن مع كم رشة من عطرك المفضل وهي مجربة ورائعة وخصوصا بعد الحمام رائعة
يحافظ على لون يعني لايسود ولايبيض
عيبه الوحيد انه مايطول .. يعني 12 ساعه تقريبا وينتهي مفعوله

لسواد المنطقه .. كل يوم لما تتروشي استخدمي الليمون
امسحي فيه المنطقه "الابط والمنطقه الحساسه"
او اي مكان اسود في الجسم وخليه 5 دقايق
وبعدين غسليه صح النتيجه ماتبين على طول
ويبيلها صبر بس مجربه ومضمونه ان شاءالله وبالنسبه لريحه الجسم بشكل عام

لما تتروشي استحدمي شور جل بريحه حلوه

وحاولي يكون طقم مع العطر والبادي سبري والبودر والبودي لوشن

بصراحه البودره مهمه جدا لتثبيت الريحه ..

اخلطي البودي سبريه بشوي من البودره
واستخدميه على جسمك او بودي لوشن

وبعد ماتتروشين قبل لاتقفلين الدش ادهني جسمك بزيت
اي نوع من الزين مع شوية ماء ورد
هذا بعطي جسمك نعومه وريحه حلوه وبيثبت العطر والبودر

واعرفي ان العطر لايمكن ابدا يغطي الريحه الشينه
ممكن اول عشر دقايق بس بعدين بيزيد الريحه الشينه اكثر

ولاتنسي تاثير الرائحه الحلوه على الرجل
ولو انه مالها الاثر الكبير مانهانا رسولنا عليه الصلاه والسلام من التعطر خارج المنزل
واخبرنا بان من يشم في احدانا رجل رائحه العطر فهي بحكم الزانيه

واخيرا اهتمي بنفسك في فتره الدوره الشهريه لاتشيلي ثقيل
وابدا ماتمشي حافيه "لان هذا يسبب افرازات وهواء يصعب جدا علاجه"

ابتعدي عن المسكنات قدر المستطاع

اشربي كمون لتخفيف الالم .. بان تغلي ماء حاره بمقدار كوب
وتضيفي له ملعقه كمون وتتركينه 10 دقايق
او حتى يبرد وبالهناء "الشيء ان زاد عن حده انقلب ضده"
يعني لايزيد عن كوبين متوسطين الحجم او صغيرين ..
